By submitting this form, I consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal data, including but not limited to my name, contact information, academic records, and other relevant information, sensitive student data (e.g., health, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation etc.) by Institue Of Southern Punjab (ISP) for the purposes of managing my application, admission, and academic records.

I understand that my data will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This data will be used for the administration of my studies, academic assessments, communication, and any other legitimate purposes as required by the institute.
